Over the years IWAY have invested heavily in the development of our project management office (PMO).
The PMO works to a structured and proven framework, based upon ITIL and PRINCE2 standards. This allows IWAY to successfully deliver projects on time, on budget and with minimal risk using recognized industry standards for running Networking/IT projects used successfully by organizations across the globe.
 
This methodology has been adopted and used successfully on several projects.  The methods used in this approach are flexible enough to adapt to your time constraints and working practices, whilst being formal enough to limit ambiguity and risk.  IWAY will work with you to ensure that deliverables are clearly defined and agreed with project owners and sponsors.
